The first order I received had not gone through the curing process and the imprint washed off all of the glasses, both in the dishwasher and when washed by hand. I had to contact customer service a total of six times to find out they were going to remake my order for free, which they did. The second order I received was fine, but the poor customer service will likely cause me to never order from this place again. One time when I called, after being hung up on twice already that day, a woman answered accidentally and I was treated to her cursing at her kids at the top of her lungs. Not good, discountmugs.com. Not good.
WOW... all I can say is wow! Their customer service is horrible! Just CANCELLED my order! Not going to deal with crappy service. There's SEVERAL other options out there.

You don't want to get ripped off! This company will take your money and run. We ordered promotional items worth $20,000 and shipping was a whopping 800 bucks. But they never sent us the goods - instead, we received someone else's order of mugs with Remax Real Estate®'s logo. When we contacted them about this problem, they either dodged our calls or gave us a runaround. In the end, they offered us a lousy $75 store credit and 108 free mugs. Mind you, this after spending a $20,000 order. Where did that money all go? POCKETED. They refused to do anything else for us after receiving our complaints over four times- what kind of customer service does this offer? Avoid at all costs! This company will take your money and run. This is a cautionary statement about the consequences of trusting shoddy companies, and how they can wreak havoc on your business. Our company recently placed a $20k order for promotional mugs with this company because their prices appeared unbeatable! Shipping was supposed to be around 800$, so it all seemed very reasonable until we realized what happened: The wrong logo got sent in our shipment - not even close! Upon contacting them to make the situation right for us, they offered us a $75 credit for their store along with 108 mugs. This is after we spent up to $28,000 with their company. This is not any kind of refund, and it's not remotely a way to make the situation right on their end. THIS IS A REFUSAL TO HELP. Do not do business with them. THEY WILL TAKE AND RUN WITH YOUR MONEY!
This was my first time using Discount Mugs. I reached out to the support chat and Barbie was able to provide me with all the information and assistance I needed. She went above and beyond. I'm very happy with my purchase and thankful for her service! I will definitely be returning.
Horrible customer service. Ordered items I needed by 5/29 a few weeks ago. Estimated delivery date said 5/25-5/26. On 5/25, I had not received anything so I checked. Was told covid has the order backed up and I should have put a rush on it. I explained why would I put a rush on it if it showed 5/25-5/26 and still showed that date. If the order was behind, then the date should have changed. Today is 5/29 and I still do not have what I ordered, yet I received an email to rate my product and give a review. Hard to review a product when I still do not have it.
I never received my product and called in 4 times in the weeks after it was late. I placed an online customer service ticket. Each time I was told I would receive a response within 24 hours and never did. My product looks like it hasn't even gone into production. I will have to dispute charger and graduating students never received their end of the year gift.
Ordered 36 Champagne flutes for an event. The event has a date. Ordered them a month before. Received two boxes totaling 25,4 broken. Not even enough for the table. They promised multiple times they would overnight for the event. Then I get an email, too bad... AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

I ordered 100 personalized mugs after reading "Highly Durable – This means your personalized ceramic mugs can be washed in a commercial kitchen and used frequently throughout the day." Note the word "personalized". By including the word "personalized that means the printing. Well... the printing on the mugs didn't even make it through one washing in a residential kitchen. Discountmugs.com has a page buried deep on their website... practically unfindable... that their mugs aren't dishwasher safe. Very underhanded. My rep could offer no remedy... and when I contacted customer care I didn't get a response.
This company is a joke! My delivery date was over a week ago, 12 out of 50 have arrived and "they can't find the rest of my order." The ones that I did receive are junk and I'm sure the label will wear off after a few washes. If you look closely all their products have 5 fabulous reviews. Unfortunately I only read their reviews and didn't do more research. Hopefully others will find this site before getting scammed.
Juan was responsive, creative, and fast! He took our 3 color logo, knocked it down to 2 colors, and reorganized it so that it would look great on our mugs. He was very quick and professional and I look forward to working with him again in the future.
I ordered a 2021 sample wall calendar and received a 2022. I called and was told they would have to check to see if they have anymore 2021’s and would call me back within 24 hours. No call. Called again and was told it could be three or four days. Extremely dissatisfied.
